郭振邦博士簡介
郭振邦博士於加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學畢業，分別取得應用科學電機工程學士及工商管理碩士學位，其後更於英國布里士托大學取得教育博士學位。郭氏於教育界有多年行政及管理經驗，現為「宏萬教育集團」之主席及該集團屬下之「精英專業學校」校監及校長。郭氏於創立「宏萬教育集團」前曾於投資銀行及風險基金投資管理業界工作逾12年，並歷任花旗集團之中國及香港企業融資部副總監、法興証劵企業融資部之項目管理主管、以及一風險投資基金之投資主管，專責亞洲區機構上市、收購合併及其他融資顧問和風險基金管理工作。
Dr. Kwok Chun Pong Stephen is the Chairman and Founder of GA Education Group and the Supervisor and Principal of Hong Kong Effective Careers Institute in Hong Kong. Dr. Kwok has over 12 years of experience in investment banking and venture capital investments in Asia, focusing mainly on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investments. Prior to establishing his education business, Dr. Kwok has held senior positions such as Associate Director of the Hong Kong and China Corporate Finance Department of Citicorp (now known as Citigroup), Head of Transaction Management of SG Securities (HK) Limited, and Head of Investments of a venture capital investment fund in Hong Kong. Dr. Kwok received his Doctor of Education degree from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom, and both the Master of Business Administration degree and the Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
